Your Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge software solutions and our clients’ needs. You will be responsible for understanding the technical aspects of our products and effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers. Your technical expertise and passion for sustainability will be essential as you help our clients understand how our software can minimize their environmental footprint and optimize their sustainability processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their technical capabilities and benefits.
  • Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to tailor our solutions to meet client needs.
  • Assist in the development of technical proposals and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, requiring up to 50% travel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success.

Your Profile

  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or a related technical field. Degrees in Business Administration with a strong technical background are also considered.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the IT, or sustainability sectors. Experience in environmental standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001) is highly valued.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software solutions, particularly those related to sustainability and environmental management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus and highly desirable.
  • Interest in Sustainability: A genuine interest in sustainability, climate policy, and environmental impact reduction.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally, as required.
